2018 TPE Conference
In the drab of each late winter, one of our chapters hosts our TPE Annual Conference. We gather in a different location each year to learn what’s new, and share what’s known from a range of experts through talks and workshops. Among the festivities is a fundraiser raffle; a place to pick up tools, books, homemade edibles, artwork and handmade items made of cedar, buckthorn and other wood removed from prairies. The evening banquet is a chance to meet or reconnect with prairie people across the upper Midwest. The winner of the TPE Annual Photo Contest is selected by attendee ballot and announced at the banquet.
The 31st Annual Conference and Banquet will be on Saturday, February 24, 2018. The event, hosted by the Coulee Region Chapter, will be held at UW-La Crosse in the Student Union.
This year's theme: Addressing Landscape Level Issues Locally
The Final Program is now set.
Online registration is still open. A late-fee for registration begins February 18.
